FIIT FAMILIES SUPERVISOR

Help develop clinical excellence

Supervision within family systems introduces the added complexity of guiding clinical reasoning across multiple relationships, layered dynamics, and competing needs. Without a clear structure, it can be difficult to maintain consistency, clarity, and direction in supervisory work.

FIIT Families Supervisor addresses this directly.

FIIT gives you a way to determine direction in your supervisory work—clearly, confidently, and independently. You will learn how to guide clinical reasoning within complex relational systems while maintaining coherence across supervisees and cases.

FIIT Families Supervisor provides a structured approach to assessment, engagement, and oversight within family-based clinical supervision. It strengthens your ability to develop clinical excellence while maintaining clarity in how family systems work is understood and directed.

WELCOME TO FIIT FAMILIES SUPERVISOR

Our supervision certification in the FIIT modality for clinicians guiding family systems clinical work.

Supervision within family systems introduces the added complexity of guiding clinical reasoning across multiple relationships, layered dynamics, and competing needs. Without a clear structure, it can be difficult to maintain consistency, clarity, and direction in supervisory work.

FIIT Families Supervisor provides a clear way forward.

FIIT is not a prescribed approach. It is a way of thinking and working that allows you to determine direction in your supervisory work with precision and confidence. It supports you in understanding what is required in each moment and how to guide clinicians in a way that is coherent and effective within family systems.

You will learn how to assess, engage, and guide clinical reasoning in a structured way that holds across supervisees, cases, and levels of complexity within family systems work. The focus is not on directing outcomes, but on developing the ability to support clinical work with clarity and consistency.

This training builds on FIIT Foundations and advances your work into supervision within family systems clinical practice.

Develop clarity in your thinking, confidence in your supervisory decisions, and consistency in how you guide clinical work.

Course Curriculum

The FIIT Families Supervisor curriculum is structured across six modules, each building supervisory capacity through a clear and disciplined progression.

You will move from foundational application into advanced supervision of family systems work, learning how to assess, engage, and guide clinical reasoning across complex relational networks in a way that is consistent, precise, and adaptable.

Each module includes:
• Core teaching and written material
• Structured concept checks
• Applied case analysis
• Partner-based role play
• Real-time engagement sessions

This structure ensures that learning is not theoretical, but integrated into how you think and work as a supervisor.

By the end of the program, you will be able to determine direction in your supervisory work with clarity and consistency across supervisees, cases, and levels of complexity within family systems.
